CHALLENGES
Our challenge was to support the client in producing an absolutely incredible themed event raising a record-breaking amount of money for their chosen charity. We needed to ensure the event remained as interactive as possible, with lots of exciting opportunities for fundraising which encouraged the guests to get involved. With such an iconic theme, we also incorporated lots of photo opportunities -these needed to be really fun and attract the guests, whilst remaining in the theme of James Bond, CASINO!
SOLUTIONS
We took over one of our favourite venues in Manchester, the brilliant Victoria Warehouse – for a charity event like no other. Our guests were greeted by a stunning Aston Martin in the drinks reception area to set the tone for the event whilst they caught up with friends over themed drinks.
They were welcomed into the main event space by a surprise breakdancing troupe – bringing the flashmob vibes which got everyone fired up for the evening ahead. Our creative and design teams were tasked with combining the client’s brand colours (purple tones) with the unforgettable Bond theme – so they pulled out all the stops to create an on-brand 007 stage set which was the focal point to the event, complete with gold glittery guns.. of course!
There’s no Casino event complete without the casino itself – so it was over to us to bring the James Bond magic touches with casino tables complete with branded fun money! We also included a silent auction, and selfie mirror!
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
The client was over the moon with the event which exceeded all expectations raised a record amount for the charity.
