Insight are a long-standing client of Make Events so when they contacted us to produce an intimate dinner to celebrate a senior member of their team who was leaving the company after over 20 years, we jumped at the opportunity to help them! The brief came in just after the Christmas break, giving us just less than 2 weeks to turn the event around!
SOLUTIONS
The client was described as ‘classic and elegant’ and we produced an event that was just that!
We created a beautiful 1920s, vintage themed evening with a genuine antique camera as our photobooth complete with a shimmer wall back drop for guests could capture their Insight Memories. With showstopping table centrepieces, we created an immediate wow when the guests entered the room.
There was live music through the evening with an acoustic singer alongside a DJ, to create background music while the guests were enjoying their 3-course dinner but shifted the mood so guests could dance the night away once dinner service was completed!
