CHALLENGES
INEOS Grenadier approached Make Events to help them produce a virtual awards ceremony to celebrate and reward their team after a successful yet challenging season. The event had to reach a global audience and include 120 engagement boxes sent to each of the attendees’ homes.
SOLUTIONS
The awards were live streamed from Make Events Studio; a fully customisable black box space to over 120 riders employees and their families. The evening was hosted by Matt Stephens, an ex-professional cyclist turned commentator. We are passionate about a professional host pulling together a virtual event as they have the know-how to work with the team at
The Studio as well as how to convey a message effectively to an online audience.
Award winners’ families were sent their trophies ahead of time to present them on the evening. We took control of the production of the show, micro site, video production and speaker management.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
For the client, it surpassed their expectations and took things to a new level for their 2020 celebration.
