CHALLENGES
Castore approached Make Events to produce their first ever all staff Town Hall conference. The agenda was to be jam packed with set-up to be completed that morning and the conference starting at 12pm.
SOLUTIONS
Make Events provided slick staging and top tier event management for the Town Hall. Ensuring that every session ran to time as well as seamlessly transitioning the stage from Q&A to presenting. Make Events provided a choreographed fashion show to start and end the conference that had high impact and ensured all delegates were engaged from the beginning.
