CLIENT BRIEF
Clearwater International, a leading financial advisory firm, engaged us to deliver a memorable 20th-anniversary celebration for 160 guests. Their vision was to host a pier-themed party at The Lawn Club in Manchester, blending charm and nostalgia with a premium guest experience. The challenges included fully transforming the venue to reflect the theme, curating unique entertainment, and delivering an unforgettable, on-brand celebration.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
“We brought Clearwater’s vision to life with a detailed creative plan that transformed The Lawn Club into a nostalgic British pier setting. The space featured beach huts, pier railings, and vintage-style signage that set the tone from the moment guests arrived. Entertainment was immersive and playful, with classic pier games like hook-a-duck, beat the buzzer, and coconut shy stations scattered throughout the venue. A live acoustic duo provided relaxed background music, while a tarot card reader added an unexpected, mystical twist.
Guests were treated to a gourmet BBQ menu reminiscent of classic seaside fare, tying the theme together through food as well as visuals. As a thoughtful send-off, guests received branded sticks of rock—a fun and fitting keepsake that added to the charm and memorability of the event.”
