Radius Payment Solutions, a leading provider of fuel card management services, approached us to deliver a high-impact event that would celebrate their success and bring together employees, partners, and clients. The goal was to create an unforgettable experience that combined business celebration with entertainment, engagement, and brand visibility—all with seamless end-to-end management.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
“We provided full-service project management, taking care of every detail from pre-event communications, delegate logistics, and travel arrangements to venue planning and live event delivery. Our team built a dedicated event website, arranged accommodation and coaches, and ensured guests were supported from start to finish.
The event itself was packed with energy and creativity. Entertainment included three standout live bands—Mr. Wilsons, Flood the Floor, and RPJ—as well as a DJ and live video feed to venue screens. Theming centred around neon visuals, with bespoke event branding, a photo board, glitter artists, a 360 photobooth, and immersive décor throughout. Food and drink were equally vibrant, with pre-dinner cocktails (including blood orange margaritas), prosecco, and beer, plus a diverse mix of food traders to cater to all tastes.”
