”What really stood out were the extras. These were the ideas and finishing touches we wouldn’t necessarily have thought of ourselves, but which made such a difference on the day. Whether it was helping bring everyone together in fun and engaging ways or adding moments of surprise and energy throughout the event, it created an atmosphere that our Directors and team are still talking about.

The Brief

TMD asked us to deliver a memorable anniversary celebration to mark 35 years of success, bringing together 60 colleagues for a corporate incentive with an overnight stay. The event needed to feel personal and premium, combining interactive entertainment, exceptional hospitality, and creative storytelling while celebrating the people who have shaped the business. The brief also included venue sourcing, creative development, content creation, and end-to-end project management.

We created a quintessential English garden celebration, transforming the exclusive grounds of Monkey Island Estate into a fully branded experience that reflected TMD’s heritage and culture. Every element was designed to feel bespoke, combining elegant styling with interactive moments and personalised touches that ensured every guest felt part of the milestone celebration.

We managed the event from concept through to delivery, securing exclusive use of Monkey Island Estate and overseeing all creative, production, logistics, and on-site management. Guests enjoyed traditional lawn games, a drinks reception, gourmet three-course gala dinner, surprise singing waiters, evening entertainment, luxury accommodation, and a host of bespoke branded touches throughout the venue, including personalised keepsakes created especially for each attendee.

The celebration successfully brought colleagues together in a relaxed, engaging environment that strengthened relationships and recognised TMD’s 35-year journey. Interactive experiences encouraged connection throughout the day, while thoughtful branding and personalised moments made every guest feel valued. Surprise entertainment and carefully curated details created lasting memories, delivering a truly unique anniversary celebration that reflected the TMD brand at every touchpoint.
