To bring Nikki Beach / summer vibes to Hale in a marquee structure incorporating the company brand and 15th anniversary, headline acts to remember as the sun sets! A repeat event for 1500 people. Objective – event to have the WOW factor!!

Guests were greeted on an outdoor decking area, styled with over 50 real palm trees, white cabanas and fire performers.
Make Events provided a 1500 capacity marquee structure, which included sections of clear span fascia to bring the outdoors in! Perfect for when the sun was setting with visibility of this from 360 degrees! Across from this the remaining marquee interior was draped in flat white fabric to clearly identify the club feel where headline acts would perform – here we installed a bespoke DJ booth and podiums! An elevated VIP area enabled perfect sightlines to the headline acts – flying in from Ibiza, Lovely Laura on Sax warmed up the crowd with Summer anthems – followed by X factor finalist, Fleur East!
At each touch point there were instagrammable moments, from food served on nikki beach boats and sparklers, a branded shot ice luge, branded cushions and press boards, frozen ice pops and pan n ice!! The perfect Summer night!
