The Brief

Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I tasked us with delivering a two-day conference for 350 attendees that would energise, inspire, and unite their teams. The event needed to feel iconic and momentous, reinforcing belief in their strategy and empowering attendees to work collaboratively towards their long-term goals. The brief centred on creating a fully immersive experience that would leave teams motivated, aligned, and ready to perform at their best.

We developed a powerful “Greatest of All Time” theme, designing an experience that immersed delegates in the idea of high performance and excellence. Through bold branding, impactful content, and experiential moments, we created an environment where attendees felt part of something bigger — reinforcing key messages around teamwork, belief, and ambition.

We delivered an end-to-end conference experience, including a full venue takeover with immersive branding, a dynamic agenda featuring keynote speakers, including none other than Anthony Joshua, as well as interactive sessions, and a high-energy evening awards and celebration. The programme combined engaging content with experiential moments, from large-scale performances to hands-on activities, alongside seamless delegate management and a tailored communications platform to support the full attendee journey.

The conference left attendees feeling energised, motivated, and aligned with Suntory’s vision, with many describing it as the best sales conference they had experienced. The immersive approach and thoughtful delivery created strong engagement throughout, while inclusive touches — such as tailored support for those observing Ramadan — reinforced a sense of belonging and care across the business. The event successfully reignited momentum, strengthened cross-functional collaboration, and brought the company’s strategy to life in a meaningful and memorable way.
