CHALLENGES
This was still in the middle of the Covid pandemic and the charity – Seashell Trust – were worried about the possible spread of Covid though it was legal to have the event.
The dancers were supporters of the charity but not professional so there was a lot of nerves and concerns up to the event.
There is minimal budget to deliver a celebrity worthy event.
SOLUTIONS
We had to advice the client on all the protocol and explain we couldn’t guarantee that Covid wouldn’t be present. We had to be realistic, unphased and calm.
We leant on our celebrity contacts who worked for free on the event to raise as much money as possible – Gethin Jones, Samia and Sylvain Longchombon and Dr Ranj.
