CHALLENGES
For the second year running, we were approached by Roche to help produce their evening functions as part of their annual AGM.
Evening 1 – To create an informal networking night in the Charter Suite.
Evening 2 – To design and deliver a black-tie gala dinner with a wow factor in Central Hall.
SOLUTIONS
Evening 1 – We created a mini-festival with wooden benches, food stalls and festoon lighting. We provided a DJ and a series of games including arcade games, pool tables, pin pong tables and pinball machines.
Evening 2 – We created an ‘Arabian Nights’ themed dinner with Moroccan style draping and brightly coloured table linen. There were pockets of low seating for guests to use as chill-out spaces and the entertainment included a DJ, photobooth, wandering performers and glitter artists.
