Represent – Community Day

CHALLENGES

Following on from a successful Community Day in 2023, Represent reached out to us, requesting a repeat customer focused event, which aims to give back to 80 loyal customers, this time giving them more insight into Represent as a brand.

SOLUTIONS

We were on hand from a logistical angle, including all AV and event presentations, designed by our in-house content studio, as well as providing food and beverages throughout the day.

To ensure people felt closer to Represent as a business, and to give them that VIP experience, the event was held at Represent HQ, with sessions including Represent brand values, what community means to them as a business, this long-term vision, and of course their community awards. As a gift and a thank you to attendees for their loyalty, branded merchandise and apparel were provided. 

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

In the same vein as last year, Community Day was a resounding success.  Guests were fully engaged, leaving excited for the next 12 months until Community Day 2025. Jimmy Charnock, Represent’s Head of Community, praised Talia, Stella and Denise, the three members of Make Event’s team who manage the project; “These three are the most amazing, organised, polite, welcoming, smiley, enthusiastic, understanding grafters I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
