CHALLENGES
Represent contacted us to create their Christmas party after a successful 6-month partnership on other events the brand had wanted to bring to life. The theme was Christmas black tie, a hint of glamour and a colour palette of black, white, silver with a touch of green. We need to deliver this event on budget and produce it within the month.
SOLUTIONS
With a flexible approach to an ever-changing brief, Make Events managed to get the event delivered on time and in budget. Every detail was tailored to our client’s favourite things. We provided branded solutions to all elements of the event including a branded neon sign which represent can now reuse, branded carpet tailored to how Represent have it in their showrooms with a step and repeat logo board for pictures, LED screen with content, Christmas greenery within the colour palette and table Branded ‘R’ confetti and a black & white photobooth with branded digital and physical print. Topped off with an outdoor branded gobo so all guests new where to arrive.
Food and beverages were high on our client’s priority list which we thought of every detail to impress their guest. We provide a branded ice luge with vodka to shot, beer & prosecco pong, a Christmas themed menu, a mirrored cocktail bar with our client’s favourite cocktails (aperol spritz, Margherita, Mango Margherita) and a DJ to keep the party going until 2am.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Represent were ecstatic when they saw what we had created with their brand and brief for the party. Mike Heaton, Owner of Represent, said that the level of detail gone into the event was second to none. Make Events are very excited to be continuing this relationship into 2023 and beyond!
