Radius Payment Solutions, a leading provider of fuel card management services, wanted to host an event to celebrate the success of their business and bring together their employees, partners, and clients. They were looking for an event partner who could provide end-to-end project management and deliver an engaging and memorable event that would leave a lasting impression on the attendees.
SOLUTIONS
Our event management company was chosen as the event partner to run the event for Radius Payment Solutions. We provided full end-to-end project management, including pre-event communications, event website, accommodation, coaches, and delegate management.
To create an engaging and memorable event, we organized a range of activities and entertainment, including three live bands (Mr. Wilsons, Flood the Floor & RPJ), a DJ, live feed to venue screens, neon theming, photo board and theming, 360 photobooth, glitter artists, event branding, and staffing. For food and beverages, we offered a mix of blood orange margaritas, prosecco, and beer for pre-dinner drinks. We also had food traders serving different kinds of food to cater to different tastes and preferences.
