The Brief

Radius partnered with us to deliver their 35th anniversary celebration at Manchester Central, welcoming 1,250 guests for a high-energy, headline event.

Having delivered Radius’ 25th and 30th anniversary celebrations, the challenge was clear: raise the bar once again and create an experience that felt fresh, ambitious and worthy of such a significant milestone. As well as managing complex global travel, accommodation and guest logistics.

We developed a bold, entertainment-led concept designed to celebrate Radius’ people, culture and talent. The creative approach focused on scale, energy and participation, ensuring the event felt inclusive, exciting and unmistakably Radius, while delivering the polish and production expected of a landmark anniversary.

A bespoke creative identity was developed to carry the event from pre-arrival communications through to the live experience and post-event content, creating a cohesive journey for guests from start to finish.

We delivered the event end-to-end, managing every touchpoint of the guest experience.

From bespoke registration and content creation through to on-site delivery, our team oversaw airport arrivals, hotel check-ins, transport and venue management to ensure a seamless experience for international and UK-based guests alike.

The evening centred around a showstopping, X Factor–style Radius Has Talent competition, placing colleagues firmly at the heart of the celebration. The live show was supported by a standout entertainment lineup, including RPJ and Craig Charles, with Dermot O’Leary hosting the night.

High-impact AV, a cinematic opening film, dynamic staging and lighting transformed Manchester Central into a fully immersive party environment. The experience was captured through a professionally produced highlights reel, extending the life of the event well beyond the night itself.

Radius’ 35th anniversary landed exactly as intended, a high-energy, unforgettable celebration that brought teams together from across the globe. The event successfully honoured the company’s journey to date while reinforcing its culture, ambition and sense of momentum for the future.

It stood as a powerful example of how live experiences can unite global teams, celebrate success and create shared moments that last long after the final song.
