CHALLENGES
We were excited to produce this event hosted by PUMA as part of JD’s Annual Conference in November 2022. An annual, global event taking place in Manchester for 250 key stakeholders including Retail Directors to Regional and Area Managers from across the world. With this being the first time PUMA had sponsored the event, we loved having the opportunity to create the ultimate experience for our client during the event.
Our challenge was to showcase the PUMA brand and make the most of the opportunity to connect JD employees to PUMA in a meaningful manner; whilst demonstrating shared vision, values and objectives. We were also tasked with curating an epic identity and creative which was totally stand-out and helped the client not just reach but surpass their goals!
SOLUTIONS
We created an evening full of entertainment, engagement and excitement!!
Following a VIP welcome, we revealed PUMA CITY, a vast space we filled with a street inspired set, the key focal point being a recreated JD store fascia, with four “live” windows! A live DJ featured in one of the themed windows, and models, roller skaters and free runners stepped out of the windows wearing PUMA SS23 products, immersing the audience in two 360 fashion shows across the evening.
It wasn’t only about the entertainment, but also informing attendees about key business and performance updates, with highlights presented from across the business and previews of what’s to come.
We then created epic competitions and interactive games across the venue, with attendees split into teams to take part in ‘Forever Faster’ themed mini competitions, all linking back to key brand messages. One of the highlights of the evening was a live performance by SHAYBO – she knew how to get the crowd to their feet!
