CHALLENGES
Peak AI, a leading Artificial Intelligence company, wanted to organize a company-wide family fun day for its employees and their families. The event needed to be engaging, fun and suitable for people of all ages. Additionally, the event had to adhere to Covid-19 safety guidelines, which meant that social distancing and other safety measures had to be taken into account.
SOLUTION
As the event organizers, we proposed a fun-filled day with a range of activities and entertainment that would suit everyone. To ensure the safety of all attendees, we carefully planned and executed the event with Covid-19 safety measures in mind.
To create a festival-like atmosphere, we set up a summer-themed bar, complete with frozen slushies and non-alcoholic drinks. We also arranged for food vendors, including a BBQ, ice cream, and pizza vans, to cater to different tastes.
For entertainment, we arranged for a brass band to perform live music and AV production to create a lively atmosphere. We also added photo opportunities with giant props that included branding, creating a fun way for attendees to engage with the company.
Additionally, we arranged for a variety of interactive activities such as bubbleologists, magicians, and caricaturists to entertain the attendees. We set up fairground stalls and rides for children and adults, such as crazy golf, giant Jenga, and quick cricket. We also organized team-building games such as Molkky, Kubb, Boules, Rounders, and other outdoor activities for employees and their families to participate in. To ensure everyone’s safety, we added Covid traffic light stickers that attendees could use to indicate their comfort level regarding social interaction. We also arranged for additional safety measures, such as hand sanitizing stations and mandatory face masks.
ROI
The event was a huge success, with everyone having a great time. The employees and their families appreciated the effort that Peak AI made to organize a fun-filled day for them, and it helped to boost employee morale and strengthen team bonding.
The event also provided an opportunity for Peak AI to showcase its company culture and brand values to the families of their employees. The photo opportunities with the branded props helped to increase brand visibility and awareness among the attendees. Overall, the event was a great success, providing Peak AI with a positive ROI in terms of employee engagement, team building, and brand visibility.
