Oticon UK approached Make Events to help them connect with their clients and showcase their new life-changing hearing aid to the UK market. This launch needed to reflect the time and investment put into creating the product. Therefore, they wanted a high production value to convey their messaging clearly and concisely.
The product launch was live streamed from The Studio; a fully customisable black box space (located in Manchester, UK) to over 300 UK hearing aid professionals. Make Events Content Studio created the slide content, graphics and a microsite with delegate registration. Live captioning was also added by our production team.
We adapted last minute and created pre-recorded remote content from a speaker’s home. Due to the newest COVID-19 restrictions in Scotland, it meant a guest could not travel.
The event was hosted internally by Oticon UK, who had autocue training prior to the event which meant they knew how to convey a message effectively to an online audience.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Following the sessions, delegates could head back onto the website to re-watch the whole event. This meant Oticon could track the return on investment from the day and capture data for future reporting.
