Bringing together their first all company employee celebration post Covid. Osbourne Clark tasked Make Events with creating a immersive festival experience summer party that would be bring together over 800 of their employees working across several of their offices with an event curated with high energy, memorable entertainment and instagramable moments and décor throughout.
Taking place in the summer of 2022 during a period of national strikes and coinciding with Glastonbury weekend Make Events were also tasked with the transportation and accommodation logistics of over 600 employees joining the event.
Taking place at Wasing Park in Reading Make Events created the ‘Into the Wilderness’ festival theme and event identity. Peppered into all of the pre event comms including a unique teaser video Make Events curated the ‘Into the Wilderness’ theme into all aspects of set design and venue dressing culminating in a unique two storey foliage wrapped set with raised DJ platform showcasing a show-stopping surprise evening performance from International DJ Roger Sanchez.
Make Events were responsible for managing all suppliers including bar, catering and entertainment along with logistics and health and safety elements in this unique and challenging outdoor venue environment alongside managing over 600 bedroom bookings across 9 different hotels in Reading for delegates. And the management of parking and coach transportation for over 800 delegates against the background of coinciding with national rail strikes across the dates of the party.
