CHALLENGES
LRS approached Make Events to deliver a company conference and party, with theming, décor and entertainment. Their team had not come together in a face to face environment since before the pandemic, so it was important to create an engaging and memorable event.
SOLUTIONS
We designed a British summer party themed event with lawn games, entertainment and excellent food and beverage. We supported with delivery of the daytime conference through venue and production management before hosting a party in the evening.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Internal feedback was extremely positive and the team felt engaged and motivated for the year ahead. The opportunity to meet face to face again after so long in isolation was gratefully received by all delegates.
