Kellogg’s approached Make Events to design their national sales conference based on the theme of ‘Building a winning mindset to deliver our commitments.’ in both the UK and Abu Dhabi. They needed an event identity and programme that would appeal to the entry level sales people and the high earning sales execs; all with varying roles and intrinsic values.
We designed a “building block” event identity to represent building a winning mindset, with a green colour palette for health and energy. The squares were flipped digitally to include the faces of the team members to make everyone feel as important as each other. This was used for stage set, room décor, event collateral, branded items, content and onsite registration and hosting.
The morning session revolved around an interactive board game about the Kellogg’s values, specially designed to fit on tables easily without displacing drinks and notepads. We engaged Jim Lawless as a motivational speaker;
whose focus was fighting barriers for results.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
The level of detail and personalisation that went into the day succeeded in making all levels of the sales team feel special and inspired. They went away with an action plan and a date to follow up.
