The Brief

ITV asked us to produce their Summer Talent Parties in Manchester and Leeds, each welcoming around 200 guests including commissioners, directors, writers, production teams, and cast members from flagship shows such as Coronation Street and Emmerdale. The aim was to celebrate award-winning talent while setting the tone for the year ahead, with a clear brief to make the events bigger, better, and more visually impactful than previous years.

We embraced the vibrant Ivy venues and elevated them with bold, tropical-themed styling that complemented the existing interiors while creating a fresh and immersive atmosphere. The concept focused on colour, texture, and branded moments, ensuring the events felt premium, social, and visually striking for ITV’s high-profile guest list.

We delivered a full creative and styling solution across both venues, including floral installations, tropical garlands, bespoke lighting, and AV to enhance the atmosphere. A branded live foliage wall with neon lighting created a standout photo moment, while custom printed menus, branded cocktail napkins, vinyl-wrapped poseur tables, and Instagrammable styling touches ensured a fully branded guest journey. Every detail was designed to elevate the venue spaces while creating a cohesive, premium experience for guests.

The two events welcomed around 200 guests each and were widely praised by ITV leadership and talent as highlights of the summer calendar. The events successfully combined celebration, networking, and brand visibility, generating strong internal momentum ahead of ITV’s busy year. Visually striking styling and social moments created memorable guest experiences and standout content across both events.
