The Brief

Insight tasked us with delivering their annual incentive trip, this time in Greece, for 250 winners. The goal was to create a luxurious, memorable experience that combined business, celebration, and unique cultural moments. As a returning partner, Insight challenged us to raise the bar once again, delivering a trip that exceeded expectations in every detail.

We designed a multi-day incentive journey that immersed guests in both the ancient and modern wonders of Greece. From luxury hotel management, transfers, and VIP check-ins to thematic gala dinners and guided tours, every element was curated to combine comfort, engagement, and cultural richness. Experiences included an ocean-view welcome reception, business sessions with external speakers, a breathtaking off-site gala at Kaminari Village with an Olympic-style opening ceremony, private boat trips to Kalithea Springs and Anthony Quinn Bay, and a farewell event celebrating modern-day Greece with striking décor and traditional entertainment.

Over five meticulously planned days, we delivered a seamless blend of business, celebration, and experiential moments. Guests were guided through luxury transfers and VIP arrivals, immersive presentations, themed gala dinners, cultural tours, and unique entertainment experiences. Every element—from décor and theming to logistics and on-site coordination—was crafted to create an unforgettable, fully immersive journey that balanced luxury, fun, and cultural discovery.

The trip was met with overwhelming praise from both Insight and the guests. Participants described the experience as unforgettable, highlighting the attention to detail, creativity, and seamless execution across all five days. As the fourth consecutive year we delivered this event, Insight returned to us for Summit with full confidence, reflecting the strength of the partnership and the consistently high standards of delivery.

A note from our team

“Being the 4th year we have delivered this event for Insight we were delighted to be asked again to help with Summit - Seeing some recognisable faces and working with Insight on this job has been a pleasure once again.”
