CHALLENGES
Insight approached us to create a 5* experience to motivate teammates to work through the year to achieve qualification, and to then provide the ultimate experience on-site leaving teammates fired up for the following year in anticipation of the next trip. The challenge was to create something that achieved their key deliverables while injecting fun, fresh thinking, and imprinting memories firmly on the teammates and their guests.
SOLUTIONS
We produced a memorable, exclusive event while providing a continuous high energy and friendly service to everyone within our party. The experience was carefully considered from the pre-event communications, to the moment they walked out of the airport, to check in, day-to-day entertainment and departure to ensure that each teammate walked away with a smile on their face and gratitude for their experience, ensuring that at all times they felt the appreciation and the recognition they deserved.
We varied the activities throughout, catering for a wide international demographic with plenty of entertainment, quality food and beverage (sourcing as much produce locally as possible) and also creating plenty of touch points and photo opportunities for teammates to create lasting memories.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
The feedback received from both guests and our client has been incredibly positive, not only post-event but also day to day comments received throughout the experience on-site. Make Events have also received a number of personal messages of appreciation from guests since returning home, thanking us for such a fantastic trip and sharing their anticipation for the next one.
