To design and deliver the inaugural staff reward and recognition event for DWF. They wanted the employees to feel valued and recognised for their hard work and to go back to their offices motivated.
The project started with a venue find. The key was to identify an iconic venue that would be a fitting backdrop for the first event. As the home and headquarters of DWF it made sense to choose Manchester for the prestigious event and we identified the Museum of Science and Industry as the perfect fit.
As a progressive business, innovation was a key theme and we designed a future-focused event featuring LED tables and lighting, light-up wristbands to identify the winners and an LED band! We created and managed the on-screen content and sourced Natasha Kaplinsky to preside overthe event.

A great night was had by all and the winners were all truly recognised by their peers.
