The Brief

Cosentino, a global leader in architectural surfaces, wanted to launch their new Manchester showroom with an event for over 100 key clients. The objective was to showcase the space as more than just a showroom — positioning it as a destination for networking, creativity, and collaboration — while allowing guests to experience their materials in a tactile, engaging way.

We created a launch experience that combined atmosphere, interaction, and brand storytelling, ensuring the showroom itself was at the centre of the event. By carefully curating entertainment, theming, and food and beverage, we designed an environment that encouraged guests to explore the space, connect with one another, and engage directly with Cosentino’s materials.

We managed the event end-to-end, including project planning, vendor coordination, and on-site delivery. Every element was carefully executed to ensure a seamless guest experience, allowing the showroom, products, and overall brand environment to take centre stage throughout the evening.

The launch generated strong industry buzz, both on the night and across social media, positioning the showroom as a key destination within the Manchester design community. The event also directly contributed to new project enquiries, demonstrating its impact not only as a brand moment but as a driver of future business opportunities.
