CHALLENGES
Co-op live wanted to create a networking showcase for new and existing partners. The event needed to appeal to a post work audience, enticing them to stay out and attend. Held in the atrium of Co-op Live headquarters there was a tight turnaround to dress the space before guests arrived.
SOLUTIONS
Giving a nod to the tone of voice of the new Co-op Live arena and a celebration of Manchester we settled on a Co-op live look and feel which later switched to a Hacienda theme!
Guests arrived down a blue carpet press board with a statement balloon installation with a bespoke neon sign, which the client could keep and use for future events. Their branded ice cream van was parked out on the street, capturing everyone’s attention.
The venue was dressed with vinyls on the floor and windows as well as gobos around the space and branded cushions.
Guests enjoyed a variety of f&b and entertainment experiences, including drinks with branded ice cubes and stirrers, a photo opportunity on the press board and with the roaming gif activations and giveaways of branded luxury sweets, wine bottle tumblers and Manchester bucket hats! Guests were entertainment with DJ Zeyla followed by the legendary Hacienda DJ Graeme Park.
