CHALLENGES
As an existing events partner to Co-op, Make Events were tasked with delivering a Trade Show supported by an industry body, bringing together 1000 suppliers, stakeholders, and internal representatives to spend a day exploring conversations around ‘Co-operating for Growth’.
SOLUTIONS
Make Events proposed and designed a creative exhibition hall, focussing on sustainable materials with a clean and fresh aesthetic, creating a natural flow around the space with suitable footprints for the various exhibitors, including prominent central positions for key departments. Additionally, we designed relevant activations to bring the own brand and key messaging to life. The space was tied together with a central stage focal point, supported by two flown projection screens at each end, providing a live stream of the conference sessions taking place in the Auditorium. This allowed delegates to continue networking within the space if desired while still being afforded access to the session content running simultaneously.
Make Events executed the event to great success, handling not only the creative design and production, but complex logistics also.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
We were grateful to receive glowing feedback from the Co-op Events Team, reporting that the event was the best to date. Delegates on the day responded extremely positively and remained engaged throughout.
