”I am always so impressed with how creative the team are and the ideas they come up with for our events and how they tie it altogether to match the theme/brief. I love all the little touches they do aswell, like the room drops, branded coasters and menus. The team did an absolutely fantastic job once again, the event overall ran so smoothly and everyone had a really good time. Using an agency is hugely beneficial, it saves time and stress! I also find it beneficial in terms of the creativity and ideas the team come up with and making the event unique - something I would never be able to do on my own!

The Brief

Clearwater brought together more than 100 colleagues from across leadership, deal, support, marketing, and ESG teams for a two-night company retreat. The objective was to strengthen team cohesion, encourage cross-functional collaboration, communicate key business updates, and create valuable networking opportunities in a relaxed, rewarding environment that recognised and celebrated their people.

We designed a fully immersive country escape that balanced business sessions with wellbeing, team building, and memorable social experiences. Every element was carefully considered to move away from a traditional corporate conference, creating an event that encouraged genuine connections while reflecting Clearwater’s culture and commitment to its people.

We managed the event end-to-end, from venue sourcing and creative development through to logistics, production, and on-site delivery. The experience included a bespoke registration platform and event app, branded collateral, thoughtful room drops, business sessions, wellness activities, team-building experiences, evening entertainment, coordinated travel from four cities, photography and videography, and a surprise fireworks finale to close the event.

The event successfully brought colleagues together in a relaxed, non-corporate setting, creating meaningful opportunities to network, collaborate, and build stronger relationships across the business. The carefully curated programme, attention to detail, and seamless delivery received outstanding feedback from both attendees and the client, reinforcing the value of investing in experiences that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.

A note from our team

“Once again, we loved bringing this event to life for the Clearwater team! From last years glamping/festival theme to this year's country retreat - we love being able to create fun team experiences with plenty of magic touches - including a surprise firework display to round off the trip!”
