The Brief

Castore, the premium performance sportswear brand, approached us to produce their first all staff Town Hall conference for 350 employees in Manchester. With a same-day set-up and a noon start, the challenge was to deliver a high-quality, inspiring event within a condensed timeframe—while ensuring it felt polished, engaging, and true to the Castore brand.

We designed a conference experience that balanced structured content with high-impact brand moments. By combining seamless staging, precise show flow, and visually engaging elements, we created an environment that felt premium from start to finish. A choreographed fashion show was integrated into the agenda, opening and closing the event to bring energy, showcase product, and reinforce Castore’s identity in a memorable way.

We managed the event end-to-end, delivering full staging, AV production, content support, and on-the-day coordination. The conference featured leadership presentations, Q&As, and product spotlights, all delivered with smooth transitions and precise timing. Despite the tight turnaround, every element was executed to a high standard, with the fashion show providing a standout visual moment that elevated the overall experience and kept energy levels high throughout the day.

Castore’s first Town Hall was delivered seamlessly, exceeding expectations despite the challenging timeframe.
