The Brief

Aspris Children’s Services asked us to deliver a gala dinner and awards ceremony for 140 colleagues, designed to celebrate and recognise the incredible work happening across the organisation. The event needed a strong theme that ran from pre-event communications through to the on-the-night experience, building anticipation and culminating in a real WOW moment for guests. Above all, the evening needed to reflect the Aspris Difference and ensure attendees felt recognised, valued, and appreciated.

We created a cohesive themed awards experience that reflected Aspris’ mission to support, care, and educate. The creative approach focused on warmth, recognition, and storytelling, ensuring the tone throughout the event felt supportive, inspirational, and uplifting. Every touchpoint was designed to reinforce the organisation’s values and celebrate the courage, expertise, and compassion of Aspris colleagues.
