Anything is Possible Live 2024

CHALLENGES

Following on from an incredibly successful conference in 2023, our aim for AIP, in true Make Events style, was to level up for this year’s edition. The goal was to think bigger – we needed an impressive venue with the capacity to host more guests, a shopping village, an impactful main stage, four additional breakout stages, chill out areas and space for an on-site after party. The event aim was to inspire attendees, providing the ultimate experience, through Holly’s story, a wide variety of motivational speaker sessions, and a bespoke guest journey, leaving them with a sense of deeper motivation to become the best version of themselves.

SOLUTIONS

To accommodate an event of this scale, we contracted The Point at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester. This venue boasts a vast amount of space to comfortably host every stage and touchpoint required. In addition to this amazing venue, we partnered with some amazing sponsors for the day, including; Mastercard, AJ Bell, Garmin, Evana and Glassworks.

Guests arrived bright and early to register, grabbing complementary refreshments in the Make Events lounge, a Central Perk inspired faux-coffee shop, before heading in the shopping village, a bespoke area filled with independent retailers, all with a mental health/fashion/wellness focus.

The main stage kicked off with Holly Moore, CEO and Founder of Make Events and AIP, delivering a powerful talk about her own journey, sharing her struggles and how she overcame them, and where the journey has taken her today, with the aim of inspiring and empowering attendees.

There were five stages this year each covering a specific subject, including Start Ups & Side Hustles, Finance, Health & Wellbeing, Career, and Home & Lifestyle. And with each stage, we needed a list of inspiring speakers, and to say they were incredible barely does them justice, with names such as Emily English (aka Em The Nutritionist), Sian Lord, Baroness Helena Morrissey DBE, Sophie Louise Hughes, Joe Thompson, Gethin Jones and Emma Morris, each delivering their expert opinion or sharing their experiences.

The event was meticulously planned to incorporate engaging sessions and networking opportunities. In addition to the carefully curated line up of speakers, the conference was designed to provide a comprehensive experience for attendees. The entire Make Events team were involved at various points in the pre-production stages, as well as setup and live days. The event brand was carefully crafted and designed in-house with our creative team and content studio, then rolled out across every possible touch point, including the stage sets, shopping village, all video content, decor, print, workbooks and more. The production team, as ever pulled out all the stops to ensure a smooth run of show to elevate the experience for all speakers and attendees.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

This year’s AIP Live Conference was a roaring success. It further enhanced the reputation of Make Events, with our very own clients in attendance – serving as a reminder of what we’re capable of to existing clients, and exciting new clients of which we have the privilege of partnering with later this year.

The feedback from guests, speakers and retailers was overwhelmingly positive. It left guests feeling inspired, to take learnings from the day to action in their own lives. The networking opportunities provided valuable connections, fostering collaborations and opening doors to new opportunities. We can’t wait for AIP Live 2025!
