CHALLENGES
We were approached to deliver a post-Covid conference and party for 300 staff who had not been able to come together for a couple of years. We were tasked with finding a suitable venue and turning around a large party with just 2 weeks lead time, focussing heavily on theming, décor and entertainment, whilst also providing the ability for a presentation from the business leaders before the party started.
SOLUTIONS
We designed a space that functioned as a conference initially while allowing us a short window to turn the venue around into a party once we moved the guests through to a drinks reception in a draped off space. This allowed us to create an immersive neon party setup to wow everyone and provide an evening full of varied entertainment so guests could dance the night away, before we put on transport to take everyone home from the remote venue.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Everyone praised the event saying how much fun they had and how connected they felt after such a long time apart during Covid.
