CHALLENGES
When Allied London approached us to create a memorable Christmas party, we knew we had to come up with something unique and unforgettable. Their brief was clear: transform their space into a Wild West Hoedown that would transport their guests to another time and place, providing an immersive experience that would be talked about for years to come.
We were asked to create an authentic Wild West environment, complete with all the trimmings, from line dancing to shootouts, and provide a sense of adventure that would engage and excite their guests.
SOLUTIONS
We transformed the space into the Allied Wild West Hoedown! Installing kitchens, generator power for light and heating, toilets and then dressing the space to resemble the Wild West! Arriving down the cobbles a large American truck was parked outside and manned by Wild west characters.
Guests made their way into the Allied tavern where there was gambling tables and actors mix and mingling with the guests. The room was dressed with large Wild West themed props creating an immersive and engaging environment.
Later a reveal led guests into the barn for a Wild West Hoedown. Line dancers performed a short class to the group, whilst they danced to the themed band, there was a wild west shoot out where actors performed and ‘arrested’ one of the guests and threw them into the Allied jail (which doubled as a photobooth!). What’s more guests took on the bucking broncho challenge whilst enjoying lots of drinks and American themed food!
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
The event was a huge success with a great turnout, establishing the Allied Christmas party at the top of their employee engagement event calendar for another year! Make Events have formed a great relationship with Allied and look forward to delivering their Christmas events for years to come!
