She’s the heartbeat behind Make Events – leading the creative direction of our pitches, shaping our content strategy, and ensuring every touchpoint feels considered and powerful.
She’s all about ideas with impact – because she knows the right event, done right, can change everything. Whether she’s designing a standout experience, championing company culture, or baking (badly but enthusiastically), Holly brings energy, passion and purpose to everything she does.
A lifelong learner and personal development devotee, Holly is currently training to become a certified coach – something she’s pursuing to support her team, her clients, and her wider mission of helping people grow into the best version of themselves. Her shelves are full of journals and books from events like Tony Robbins and Oprah Winfrey, and her mind is always open to what’s next.
Her proudest moments? Watching Make Events grow from a spark of an idea into a thriving business full of brilliant, driven people – and working with her hero Kylie Minogue, whose team later told her they saw the same leadership traits in Holly. We agree.
