This will see a year-long collaboration; where we support the network with cohosted events (such as our FAMOUS FAM trip #Manchester48) round tables, panels and more – along with supporting the EPL community with their events.
Here are some key insights from EPL for your next event;
1. Budgets: like our everyday spend, our event spend is also increasing. Clear, up front, timely conversations are needed between all parties to manage stakeholders expectations.
2. Sustainability: two years with minimal carbon footprint via our events programmes has got us all thinking about how we can ensure our events are more sustainable. This requires us to be thinking about this at the concept stage rather than further down the event journey.
3. Zero to one hundred: we are back managing in-person, hybrid, digital, hospitality and summer employee engagement events. Burnout is real but we have a responsibility to each other and ourselves to spot the signs of burnout before we get there. โ
