How to track the return on experience of an event – C&IT Northern Forum 2019

Make Events’ Client Services Director, Philippa Cassidy, spoke on Friday at C&IT’s inaugural Northern Forum. In her talk titled Case study: A truly immersive event, she discussed how that at Make Events we are always driving to create the ultimate experience and how we track that we are doing so.

We know that unique and authentic events drive a buzz around the company’s brand, but this is a challenging metric to track. So, to do this we look at the return on investment, return on objectives and ultimately the return on experience

In her talk, Philippa looked into whether it is ROI vs ROE or whether they work together by using the case study of AutoTrader’s Retailer Awards that Make Events produced last year.
