- Ditch the new years resolution
New Years Resolutions are typically ditched by February. We believe this is because those that set them view them as a ‘once a year’ thing, and not a year-round practice of improvement. We encourage you to focus on a goal setting approach at any time of the year, month, or week, instead!
- Get specific
You need to know where you want to go, to be able to get there. Get super specific on how that goal looks and feels once it’s achieved. It will be MUCH easier to make it happen if you know how to identify the goal once it’s become your reality.
- Write your goals down
As a team we’re big on writing goals down – and this is because you’re 42% more likely to achieve a goal that you’ve written down! Whether in a journal, your personal development plan, or even on an app on your phone, take a moment to write down what you want to achieve.
- Tell someone to stay accountable
Accountability is key, and can help motivate you! Tell a friend or colleague and help each other stay on track
