Creating the Ultimate Experience for Clients at Kylie Minogue

At Make Events we like to create the ultimate experience for our clients, employees and suppliers. Earlier this month we took a group of clients to see Kylie Minogue at Manchester Arena and used the new events space in Harvey Nichols to create a private dining experience. In true Make Events style, we added a few magic touches along the way.

The event always starts with the communication to get people excited about what’s to come. Make Events created gold cassette tapes with the running order of the evening and sent them to each guest.

On the night, we decorated the tables with Make Events gold stars, golden cowboy boots, light up stars, gold cassette players, bespoke gold place names.

The golden theme came from Kylie Minogie’s tour and recent album ‘Golden’.

When guests arrived, they were handed a glitter martini as they headed into the private dining area.

The evening’s food was also themed.

‘Sincerely Yours’ crème brulee

Served with coffee, bite sized chocolate cowboy hats were provided, created by Simon Dunn Chocolates.

Once at Manchester Arena, the guests were taken to the VIP bar where they were served their drink of choice in a gold disco ball cup to dance the night away with!
