72 Hours in Ibiza: Your Perfect Incentive Trip!

Motivate your team with the perfect incentive trip, young or old! Fly to the Balearic Islands with British Airways and be in the Ibiza sun in just over two hours.

We recently took a trip to the island to plan the perfect incentive. First, here are the hotels that provided us with true Ibiza vibes!

Ushuaia – www.ushuaiaibiza.com
โ€“ A huge, cheeky hotel that inspires fun!

The home of Mr Ibiza himself, David Guetta (for one night a week), Ushuaia has great conference facilities that pride themselves on avoiding the conventional. See More

In terms of bedrooms there are 236 Ushuaia Club or 181 The Ushuaia Tower. The Ushuaia Tower was conceived to create suites that have all the spirit of Ushuaia and access to the services and events of The Ushuaia Club, but with the added bonus of being able to decide when you want to join the party.

For delegates that still like to work out, there are personal trainers in their fully equipped gym.

The outdoor club gives you a peek into the wild side of Ibiza but without having to leave the comfort of your hotel, this is great for a short weekend incentive and minimises travel.

If clubbing with David Guetta or Tinie Tempah isnโ€™t to your taste, Ushuaia boasts an unbelievable menu – we recommend the calamari.  See More

Team building activity – DJ and production master classes which each last for 2 hours in Ushuaia’s very own recording studio. It provides a basic introduction to the world of mixing and production through practice and theory.

– A music focused hotel from a global chain that never lets you down.

A rock spa, three swim up pools and balconies with awe inspiring views, need we go on?

The 5* hotel has 493 ultra-plush rooms, outdoor and freshwater pools and conference rooms with the latest audiovisual technology. The Elektra and the Chrysalys rooms each measure 40 m2, great for one-to-one meetings, press areas, sales meetings or top-level management meetings.

Team building activity – Reserve a Feder guitar complete with pick and amp to have your very own jam session, or have an in room video lesson.

Sol Beach House & Congress Palace – http://www.sol-hotels.com/en/sol-beach-house
– A relaxing home away from home beach accommodation, adjacent to Ibizaโ€™s conference centre.

The tranquil Sol Beach House will instantly align you with the chilled vibe of Ibiza. The soft hues, hammocks and rent bikes will make you feel special in this peaceful paradise.

The 4* hotel has 239 rooms including three suites, with the largest suite boasting a large terrace area with a hot tub and lots of private seating areas. The terrace can be used for private dining or small parties.

Its beach house atmosphere will allow you and your delegates to experience something completely different, whilst also being five metres from the Congress Palace (Ibizaโ€™s Conference Centre). It also has three meeting rooms of their own with a capacity of 150 people.

Here’s what we got up to…

Designed to host private parties and large groups, Bambuddha is a restaurant your delegates will struggle to forget.

Hire a scooter and head to the Hippy Market. Coaches are available but these arrive at the market at around 11am, which means it is extremely busy and hot. Head down early to get the best deals and a relaxing experience.
